At McMahon Surovik Suttle, our attorneys representing land owners in eminent domain and condemnation matters, including pipeline easements, transmission line easements, and other governmental takings of real property. Our attorneys focus on practical negotiation solutions for landowners facing condemnation of their property. When negotiation is not successful, we represent landowners in all phases of condemnation, including commissioners’ hearing and trial work.

In addition to eminent domain matters, our attorneys also have experience in contested case proceedings before the Texas Public Utility Commission concerning the routing of transmission lines.
