Mark Zachary is a shareholder with the firm and brings over 35 years of experience in a wide range of legal disciplines. His practice areas include Banking & Finance Law, Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, Agricultural Law, Business & Commercial Law, Employment Law, Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources Law, Products Liability, Professional Liability, and State, Local, and Municipal Law.

Mark graduated from Texas Tech University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. After working with Arthur Andersen & Co., he earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1989. He joined the firm in 1990 and has been serving clients in a variety of industries ever since.

A native of Friona, Texas, Mark is passionate about Texas Tech sports and enjoys spending time at Possum Kingdom Lake. He has served on numerous nonprofit and church boards over the years and is currently an active member of the Abilene Youth Sports Authority and the Paramount Theatre boards.
