Kelly Gill is a shareholder with the firm and has built a distinguished career, dedicating ninety percent of his practice to litigation. His areas of expertise encompass a wide range of legal fields, including Agricultural Law, Banking & Finance Law, Bankruptcy Law, Business & Commercial Law, Construction Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Litigation and Appeals, Mediation, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Professional Malpractice Law, and Real Estate Law. With his extensive litigation experience, Kelly is known for his practical and effective approach to resolving complex legal matters.

Kelly graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, with a B.B.A. in 1980 and completed his J.D. at Baylor University School of Law in 1981. His commitment to client satisfaction was recognized when he was named one of the top 10 attorneys for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.

A highly active member of both the legal and local community, Kelly is involved in numerous professional associations and charitable organizations. He has been a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Abilene Bar Association since 1982 and has served in leadership roles across various organizations. Notably, he has held positions such as Vice President and Arena Director for the Western Heritage Classic, Director for the Ranch Horse Association of America, and has been a longstanding Director and Trail Ride Chairman for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, Kelly served on the Region 14B Grievance Committee and was a member of the Abilene PRCA Rodeo Committee, among many other positions.

In his personal life, Kelly is deeply committed to the community and enjoys giving back through his involvement in local organizations like Goodwill Industries of West Texas and the Expo Center of Taylor County. His leadership roles reflect his dedication to both his professional and personal communities
