Jessica Haile is a Director at McMahon Surovik Suttle, P.C., where she has been a valuable member of the firm since 2012. After joining the firm as an associate in its Litigation Practice, she became a Director in 2017. Ms. Haile has established a strong reputation for delivering effective and cost-efficient legal solutions to businesses and individuals across various areas of practice. Specializing in Banking & Finance, Creditor’s Rights, Construction Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation, Mrs. Haile excels at navigating complex legal landscapes to achieve cost- effective and favorable outcomes for clients.
Ms. Haile is an active member of both the Abilene Bar Association and the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel. Her commitment to professional development is matched by her dedication to her community. She is involved with several local organizations, including serving as a board member for the Abilene YMCA and Frontier Texas Museum.
Jessica has lived in six different states from one side of the country to the other, gaining a unique perspective on different cultures and communities. She earned her undergraduate degree with honors from California State University, Chico, and went on to Baylor University School of Law.
Outside of her legal practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two children, and various farm animals. She is passionate about cooking, travel, puzzles and is an active member of a local book club.
