Chester “Chet” Caldwell is a shareholder at the firm, having joined in 1995. With over two decades of legal experience, Chet specializes in Business Organizations, Banking and Finance Law, Estate Planning, Taxation Law, and Intellectual Property. His extensive expertise allows him to provide strategic counsel to a wide variety of clients, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.

A member of the Abilene Bar Association, Chet is deeply committed to both the legal profession and his community. Prior to joining the firm, Chet worked for three years in Houston, Texas, gaining valuable business experience before pursuing his law degree.

Originally from Blytheville, Arkansas, Chet graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 1989 with a degree in accounting. He then went on to earn his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1995, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Outside of his professional practice, Chet enjoys golf and traveling, activities that allow him to relax and recharge.
