Cooper L. McDaniel joined the firm in 2022 as a shareholder after several years of practice in Lubbock. With extensive experience in a variety of legal disciplines, Cooper focuses his practice on Banking & Finance Law, Business and Commercial Law, Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources Law, and Real Estate Law. His diverse expertise allows him to provide clients with comprehensive legal counsel across multiple industries, particularly those that intersect with energy and natural resources.

Cooper holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from New Mexico State University, where he developed a strong foundation in business. He then earned his law degree with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. Cooper is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico, allowing him to serve clients in both states.

Cooper’s combination of legal expertise and business education enables him to address complex legal issues with a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
