Seth Stukalin

Seth Stukalin joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2020. Seth graduated in the top 1/3rd of his class from Baylor University School of Law, following his undergraduate degree from Chapman University in Business Administration (cum laude). While at Baylor Law, Seth was recognized on the Dean’s List (2017-2020) , was a semi-finalist in its moot court competition and was recognized as a top student in Oil & Gas Law.

Mr. Stukalin will focus his practice in business litigation, business transactions, banking and finance, real estate, employment law, complex estate planning, and taxation law.
